Amended Declarations Article 10.9 (i) A unit owner whose unit was purchased after April 28, 2022 may not lease their condominium unit until they have been in title to the unit for a period of at least one year. Article 10.9 (j) No more than twenty five percent (25%) of he total units of the Association may be leased at any one time.
