Maintenance Schedule
The problem we want to address is that necessary regularly scheduled work in the Pine Run common areas is often interrupted and delayed when our maintenance staff is asked on very short notice to take care of what are often not urgent problems. We think this new plan will let the staff and residents deal with problems in a timely and more efficient cost effective manner.
Here is how it works:
If you see a problem please fill out and turn in a work order form.
Minor fixes should be handled at most within 4 weeks of notice.
Week 1 of each month will be spent in the 700’s.
Week 2 will be the 300’s.
Week 3 will be the 100’s.
Week 4 will be the 200’s.
Emergencies will always take precedence.
